Marketplace Disclaimer & Seller Responsibility Policy

1. Marketplace Role

MIRJU provides a technology and marketplace environment through which independent Sellers can offer products to Buyers. MIRJU may perform verification, moderation, payment facilitation, customer support, logistics coordination and other services described on the Platform.

2. Seller Responsibility

Sellers remain responsible for product legality, authenticity, safety, quality, description, stock, statutory declarations, licences, packaging, dispatch, invoices, warranties and other obligations allocated to Sellers by law or contract.

3. Verification

Any “verified seller” or verification label means that MIRJU completed the stated verification step; it does not constitute a blanket guarantee of every product or transaction.

4. Quality Claims

MIRJU shall avoid absolute claims such as “100% quality guaranteed” unless it has a documented process and legal basis supporting the exact claim.

5. Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
