1. About Mirju

Mirju is an online marketplace. We provide the platform on which independent sellers list and sell organic, eco-friendly and handmade goods. Unless a listing states that Mirju is the seller, the contract of sale for each product is between you and the seller of that product. Mirju facilitates the transaction, payment and support around it.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to buy or sell on Mirju. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately at support@mirju.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Product Listings, Pricing and Availability

Product descriptions, images and specifications are supplied by sellers. While we ask sellers to be accurate, we do not warrant that every listing is error-free. Colours and textures of natural and handmade goods vary between batches, and handmade items carry small variations that are a feature of the craft rather than a defect.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. We and our sellers reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before your order is accepted.

Listing a product is an invitation to offer, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed only when we or the seller confirm acceptance of your order.

4. Orders, Payment and Cancellation

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.

We or a seller may decline or cancel an order where the product is out of stock, the price or description was materially wrong, the delivery address is outside a serviceable area, payment could not be verified, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount is refunded to the original payment method.

You may request cancellation before an order is dispatched by contacting support@mirju.com. Once an order has shipped, the Shipping & Returns Policy applies.

5. Shipping and Returns

Delivery timelines, shipping charges, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Selling on Mirju

Sellers must register, be approved by our team, and provide accurate business and payout details. Sellers are responsible for the legality, safety, quality, labelling and accurate description of their products, for holding any licences or certifications their products require, for fulfilling orders within the stated timelines, and for honouring returns and refunds under our policies.

Mirju charges a commission on each sale. Commission rates are communicated to sellers and may be revised with notice. Payouts are made to the seller’s registered account through the vendor dashboard, subject to any deductions for refunds, chargebacks or policy breaches.

We may suspend or remove a seller or a listing that breaches these terms, applicable law or our marketplace policies.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Mirju to list or buy goods that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit or restricted; to post false, misleading or infringing content; to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; to scrape or copy the site for a competing service; or to harass other users or our staff.

8. Intellectual Property

The Mirju name, logo, site design and content are owned by Mirju Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Product images and descriptions supplied by sellers remain the property of those sellers, who grant Mirju a licence to display them on the platform. Nothing on the site may be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

9. Reviews and User Content

You are responsible for any review, comment or content you submit. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, defamatory or misleading. We may remove content that breaches these terms. By posting content you grant Mirju a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mirju’s total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Mirju against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of applicable law, or, if you are a seller, from the products you sell through the platform.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

14. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints may be addressed to:
