Seller Terms & Conditions

1. Seller Eligibility

Seller must be legally eligible to sell the offered products and provide accurate business, tax, bank and KYC information.

2. Seller Warranties

• Products are genuine, lawful and not counterfeit.

• Seller has authority to sell and use product images/content.

• Product information, price, stock, MRP and statutory declarations are accurate.

• Seller holds licences/registrations required for the category and jurisdiction.

• Seller will issue compliant invoices and fulfil applicable tax obligations.

• Seller will honour applicable return, refund, warranty and consumer-law obligations.

3. Fulfilment SLA

Seller must maintain inventory accuracy, dispatch within the agreed SLA, use compliant packaging and provide tracking information.

4. Returns & Refunds

Seller must cooperate with return requests, quality investigations, replacements and refunds in accordance with the product’s declared policy and applicable law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Counterfeit sales

• Off-platform transaction diversion

• Review manipulation

• False claims/certificates

• Duplicate/spam listings

• Price manipulation

• Uploading infringing content

• Selling prohibited/restricted products without required permissions

6. Platform Monitoring

MIRJU may review listings, complaints, order performance, authenticity evidence, customer feedback and compliance documents and may remove/suspend listings or accounts where justified.

7. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, Seller shall indemnify MIRJU for claims, penalties, losses and costs arising from Seller’s unlawful products, infringement, misrepresentation, regulatory non-compliance or breach.
