Prohibited & Restricted Products Policy

1. Prohibited Categories
Illegal drugs and unlawful controlled substances
Weapons, explosives and prohibited weapon accessories
Counterfeit/stolen goods
Goods infringing intellectual property
Illegal wildlife products
Fraudulent documents or identity products
Products prohibited by applicable law
Unsafe or unlawfully marketed medicines/medical products
Any other category MIRJU designates as prohibited
2. Restricted Categories
Food and beverages
Ayurvedic/Herbal products
Cosmetics and personal care
Supplements/nutraceuticals
Medical devices
Children’s products
Electrical/electronic products
Products carrying certification/licensing requirements
3. Seller Duty
Seller must obtain and maintain all category-specific licences, registrations, approvals and compliant labels before listing.
4. Enforcement
MIRJU may remove listings, block orders, hold relevant settlement amounts, request documents, suspend accounts or report suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities where appropriate.
