MIRJU Seller Agreement
Last updated: 22 September 2026
This agreement is between Mirju (“MIRJU”, “we”) and the business or individual registering a store on mirju.com (“Seller”, “you”). By ticking the Terms box during registration you accept it.
1. At a glance
| Marketplace commission | 10% of the item price (after any seller discount), per sale |
| Shipping charges | Paid to the seller; no commission |
| Payout eligibility | Orders marked Completed (delivered and past the 7-day return window) |
| Minimum withdrawal | ₹500, by bank transfer to your verified account |
| Listing fee | None |
2. Registration and verification
You must be at least 18, operate in India, and give accurate details. Your store stays inactive until you complete Seller Verification (GSTIN or exemption, PAN, FSSAI for food, bank proof) and our team approves it. We may ask for more documents at any time and may refuse or suspend a store that cannot be verified.
3. What you may sell
MIRJU lists organic, natural, eco-friendly, handmade and traditional goods. You may only list products you are legally allowed to sell. You may call a product “organic” only if it carries a valid NPOP or PGS-India certificate, and every food product needs an FSSAI licence or registration. Prohibited: counterfeit or restricted items, medicines needing prescription, and anything making unproven health claims.
4. Listings and moderation
Every new or edited product is reviewed by MIRJU before it goes live. Listings must show accurate photos, price (MRP inclusive of taxes), net quantity, country of origin, manufacturer/packer details and, for food, shelf life and FSSAI number. We may edit categories, add specifications, or reject a listing with a reason. Follow the Seller Guide.
5. Orders, shipping and returns
Dispatch confirmed orders within 2 business days and add tracking. You ship each order yourself and set shipping charges within the options available. You accept returns under the Shipping & Returns Policy, including a 7-day window for eligible items. Repeated late dispatch, cancellations or complaints can lead to suspension.
6. Payments, commission and payouts
Customers pay MIRJU through Razorpay or cash on delivery. We deduct the commission above and credit the rest to your seller balance. For cash-on-delivery orders you collect the money, so the commission is charged to your balance (reverse withdrawal). You can request a withdrawal once the order is Completed and your balance is at least ₹500. Refunds are deducted from your balance. You are responsible for GST on your sales; MIRJU collects and deposits TCS where the law requires and shares the certificates.
7. Your responsibilities
You are the seller of record. You are responsible for product quality, safety, legal labelling, invoices, taxes and customer service for your orders, and you will reply to customer or MIRJU queries within 48 hours.
8. Suspension and termination
Either party may end this agreement with 15 days’ notice. MIRJU may suspend a store immediately for fake or unsafe products, false certifications, fraud, or repeated policy breaches. Pending payouts are settled after open orders and returns close.
9. Changes
We may update this agreement or the commission with 15 days’ notice by email and on this page. Continuing to sell after that date means you accept the change.
10. Contact and disputes
Seller support: support@mirju.com. This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
