MIRJU Legal & Policies
Payment Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective date: 09 September 2026
1. Payment Methods
MIRJU may support cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, COD and other methods made available at checkout. Availability can vary by location, order value, risk assessment and payment provider.
2. Payment Authorisation
An order is not necessarily accepted merely because a payment attempt succeeds. Order confirmation depends on the Platform’s order-acceptance workflow.
3. Failed Payments
If payment fails or is reversed, the order may remain unpaid, be cancelled or require a fresh payment attempt. Temporary bank/payment holds may be subject to the provider’s reversal process.
4. COD
COD, where offered, may be subject to serviceability, order-value limits and fraud/risk controls.
5. Refunds
Refunds are initiated after the applicable approval and may take additional time to appear in the customer’s account depending on the payment method.
6. Taxes & Invoices
Applicable taxes and invoice details shall be presented as required. Seller tax obligations remain the Seller’s responsibility unless MIRJU is legally required to perform a specific tax collection/reporting function.
