Reviews, Ratings, Promotions & Coupon Terms

1. Reviews

Reviews must be based on genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, confidential or irrelevant content.

2. Moderation

MIRJU may moderate or remove content that violates policy or law. Moderation should not be used to suppress genuine negative reviews merely because they are negative.

3. Sponsored/Incentivised Reviews

Where reviews are incentivised or sponsored, the commercial relationship must be disclosed as required by applicable law and platform rules.

4. Coupons

Coupons may have product, seller, customer, payment-method, geography, minimum-cart, usage-count and expiry restrictions shown at the time of offer.

5. Promotions

Promotions must not be misleading. MIRJU should clearly communicate material conditions, exclusions, duration and any automatic application.

6. Dark Patterns

MIRJU will design promotional and checkout interfaces to avoid prohibited or deceptive dark-pattern practices, including hidden charges, forced action, misleading urgency or disguised advertising.
