1. MIRJU IP

MIRJU trademarks, logos, software, design, original content and platform materials may not be copied, modified or commercially exploited without permission.

2. Seller Content

Seller represents that it owns or is authorised to use product images, descriptions, logos, trademarks and other content supplied to MIRJU.

3. Notice

Rights holders may submit a notice describing the allegedly infringing work, the rights claimed, the URL/listing, supporting evidence and contact details.

4. Review & Action

MIRJU may review notices, contact the Seller, remove/disable content, restrict listings or take other proportionate action. False or abusive notices may be rejected.

5. Counterfeit

Confirmed or credible counterfeit activity may lead to immediate listing/account action and escalation where required.
