Product Listing & Content Policy

1. Listing Accuracy

Every listing must accurately describe the product, brand, quantity, material/ingredients where relevant, dimensions, images, price, MRP where applicable, stock, origin and other legally required information.

2. Images

Images must represent the actual product and must not use third-party copyrighted images without permission. Material edits that misrepresent colour, size, quantity or performance are prohibited.

3. Claims

Health, nutritional, organic, eco-friendly, Ayurvedic, therapeutic, certification and performance claims must be truthful, substantiated and permitted for the product/category.

4. Packaged Goods

Where Legal Metrology or other labelling rules apply, Sellers must provide required declarations. MIRJU’s digital listing should display applicable mandatory information required for e-commerce presentation.

5. Food

Food Sellers must provide applicable FSSAI details and comply with food-safety, labelling, display, shelf-life and e-commerce requirements.

6. Moderation

MIRJU may reject, edit for formatting, hide or remove listings that are unlawful, misleading, unsafe, incomplete, infringing or inconsistent with marketplace standards.
